We invite our guests to dress in a modern, fashion-forward approach to semi-formal and formal wear. Sleek suits, stylish dresses, and trend-driven details are encouraged. It’s better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed.

The day after the wedding, we’re keeping the celebration going with a beach day!
Come ready to relax, soak up the sun, and show off your style in a bold, bright monochrome look.
Dress code:
Any beach-ready outfit you love: swimsuit, speedo, trunks, one-piece, bikini, romper, cover-up, dress, etc.
ONE solid, bright color only (no white, black, or grey)
No patterns, prints, or graphics
That’s it! Pick a color, keep it simple, and wear whatever makes you feel amazing.

Other Recommendations
Temperatures hover around 85-90 degrees, so pack sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, thin/breathable fabric clothing, and maybe even a mini fan.
We strongly encourage you purchase AirTags or some other form of tracker for both your suitcases and to attach to your passport via a passport holder.
Cabs & Ubers are readily available in Cartagena and cash is king so make sure to bring some cash for cabs, tips, street vendors, shops, etc.
Cartagena is a city, act accordingly and don’t be silly! Save exploration for during the day.
Lodging
Commute from Airport
The closest airport to lodging is the Rafael Núñez International Airport (CTG).
CTG is roughly a 15 minute taxi to either of the lodging locations.
We recommend flagging a cab from the airport. There will be individuals there to help you do this. Cash is king. We recommend paying in cash (~ 10 USD).

IMPORTANT: This address will not be easily recognizable for the taxi drivers. Instead tell them to “take me to Banco Popular en el Centro”. Also the hyperlinked Maps below uses the actual coordinates to show the driver. They will recognize the very tall building the villa is in, and that is on the corner in front of landmark Muelle de Los Pegasos (and across from the clock tower just outside the inner walls of the city.)

The wedding venue, Casa Las Marias, is within the city walls, about a 15 minute drive from the AirBnBs.
